These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MirroBot ("the Bot", "the Service"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using it, you agree to these Terms.
MirroBot translates messages between channels connected in a Language Bridge on Discord. It may also synchronize related message activity, such as edits, deletions, replies, reactions, and pins.
The Bot uses third-party AI and OCR providers to generate translations. Image translation is available only in servers where the operator has enabled that feature.
Some messages may not be translated. For example, the Bot may skip messages that do not contain translatable text, cannot access a required channel or message, encounter a provider error, or reach the server's translation allowance.
You may add or configure the Bot only in servers where you have the necessary authority. Server administrators are responsible for:
You retain the rights you have in content you send through Discord.
By posting content in a channel connected to a Language Bridge, you grant the Bot a limited, non-exclusive licence to read, process, translate, reproduce, and deliver that content to the other channels in the same Bridge. This licence includes the use of the display name and avatar needed to present a mirrored message. It ends when the content is no longer needed to provide or operate the Service, subject to the retention practices in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content for translation and mirroring. Do not use the Bot to process content that you are not permitted to share with the Bot, other Bridge participants, or the applicable third-party providers.
Translations are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the Bot for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties about the accuracy, availability, or fitness of translations for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Service may apply limits to the number of connected channels and translated messages. Unless the operator has granted a server different access, a server without an active Premium entitlement receives the free trial allowance configured for the Service. Premium entitlements provide the applicable plan allowance for their billing period. When a server reaches its allowance, new messages are not mirrored until the allowance resets or the entitlement changes.
